School Meals
The school kitchen, in partnership with Edwards and Blake, provides a mini-choice menu and meals are cooked on the premises. All children eat together in the hall.
Our school meal provider would like to assure you that they fully adhere to the school food standards, with their primary school menu being accredited as Bronze level Food for Life by the Soil Association.
Payment
Meals are priced at £2.50 from Year 3 onwards. All children who are in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 in a state-funded school are offered a free healthy school lunch. Payment will be taken out of the parent/carer ParentMail Pay account, so please make sure that this is topped up regularly via ParentMail.

Additional money is available from central government for every child whose parent is receiving one of the welfare benefits listed below in the ‘Pupil Premium and Free School Meals’ section. It is therefore important to sign up for Pupil Premium, even if your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, so that your child’s school receives as much funding as possible.
Healthy eating
Each child is invited to bring a piece of fruit or vegetable for a healthy snack at morning break. Children are encouraged to bring water bottles and drink regularly in order to support learning and health.
