Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy follows the admission policy and procedure outlined by Ormiston Academies Trust in consultation with Norfolk County Council.
The Academy welcomes pupils between the ages of 4 – 11 years and has an admission number of 80 children per year group from September 2021.
Application for a place in reception classes September 2023 is for children born between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2019. Parents are entitled to defer their child’s admission or request that their child attend on a part-time basis. By law, children must start statutory education full-time no later than the beginning of the term following their fifth birthday, and must be offered a full-time place at a school from September 2023.

Late applications will not be considered until all other applications have been reviewed.
All offers of places will be made through the LA. The academy will not contact parents about the outcome of their application until the offer from the local authority has been received. All offers will be made on national offer day.
Under no circumstances should you withdraw your child from their current school before an alternative school place has been allocated.
