Year 2 Carlton Marshes visit

Wonderful time had discovering minibeasts

As part of their Science topic, Year 2 visited Carlton Marshes in Lowestoft. They had a great time discovering more about minibeasts in various habitats, there were lots of spiders, snails, woodlice and worms to be found. In addition, they had the opportunity to go dyke dipping where they discovered an array of different aquatic insects. Before coming home, they enjoyed a picnic outside in the sunshine. A huge thank you to Belinda, Mark and Racheal for a fantastic day.
