Year 2 Carlton Marshes visit

Enjoyable time spent looking for minibeasts

As part of their Science topic, the rest of Year 2 visited Carlton Marshes in Lowestoft. They had a great time discovering more about minibeasts in various habitats, there were lots of spiders, snails, woodlice and worms to be found. In addition, they had the opportunity to go dyke dipping where they found lots of wonderful creatures like Caddisfly larvae. Before coming home, they enjoyed a picnic outside in the sunshine.
