Supporting Our Local Community Through Kindness and Generosity

Together We Can Make A Difference

On Wednesday 21st October, we were pleased to welcome Anna from The Gorleston Food Bank to our school. Representatives from our School Council proudly presented a generous collection of food and toiletries, donated by our families, staff, and wider school community.

The donations will help support local families who may be facing challenging circumstances, providing essential items and making a positive difference within our community. Anna spoke to the children about the important work of the Food Bank and how contributions such as these help those in need throughout the local area.

This initiative provided a valuable opportunity for our pupils to see the impact of compassion, generosity, and community spirit in action. Our School Council were incredibly proud to play a part in supporting such a worthwhile cause and demonstrating the importance of helping others.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who donated. The overwhelming generosity shown by our school community is greatly appreciated and will make a real difference to the lives of local families.
