Tennis Enrichment Event at Ormiston Venture Academy

A Fantastic Morning of Tennis and Teamwork

A group of eight pupils recently had the exciting opportunity to attend a Tennis Enrichment Event at Ormiston Venture Academy, where they enjoyed a morning of fun, learning, and physical activity.

The event was led by the academy’s enthusiastic sports leaders, who organised a variety of engaging tennis activities designed to develop key skills such as coordination, control, agility, and teamwork. Through a range of enjoyable games and challenges, the children were able to practise and improve their tennis techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the session, our pupils demonstrated excellent attitudes to learning, showing determination, resilience, and great sportsmanship. They embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, encouraged one another, and represented the school impeccably at all times.

Most importantly, the children thoroughly enjoyed the experience, returning to school with smiles on their faces, increased confidence, and a newfound appreciation for the sport of tennis.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ormiston Venture Academy and their dedicated sports leaders for hosting such a well-organised and enjoyable event. Opportunities like these provide valuable experiences for our pupils and inspire them to remain active and engaged in sport.
