A Special Visit to Our Local Residential Home

A heart-warming afternoon for our School Council

On Friday 13th February, our Year 5 and 6 School Council members enjoyed a truly special visit to our friends at the local residential home.

The children spent time chatting, listening to stories and sharing news about school life. It was wonderful to see conversations flowing so naturally — with smiles, laughter and genuine connections all around.

The visit was hugely beneficial for everyone involved. Our pupils showed kindness, confidence and real empathy, and the residents loved hearing their stories and experiences.

On the walk back to school, the children were still buzzing with excitement, talking enthusiastically about the amazing people they had met and the memories they had made.

We are so proud of them all!
