World Book Day 2026
Wold Book Day at Cliff Park
Cliff Park pupils marked World Book Day with an impressive display of creativity and enthusiasm. Children across the school arrived dressed as a wide range of much‑loved literary characters, bringing colour and excitement to the corridors throughout the day.
The event offered a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joy of reading and to highlight the importance of books in inspiring imagination, curiosity and a love of learning. Staff were delighted by the effort pupils and families had invested in their costumes, and it was fantastic to see so many characters from both classic and contemporary texts represented.
We would like to thank all pupils, parents and carers for their support in making World Book Day such an enjoyable and memorable occasion for our school community.
