Incredibly journey for our U11 girls football team

South East England regional finals in Thamesmead

We recently took the U11 girls’ football team to the South East England regional finals in Thamesmead.

This was the third stage of the Primary Schools’ Cup after we won the district tournament in November and the county final in January.

Winning schools from twelve counties competed against one another, with the top two teams qualifying for the national finals which will be played at Pride Park in May.

Representing Norfolk in our group of four, we played matches against the champions of Kent, Surrey and Bedfordshire.

Although we were not one of teams who qualified for the next stage, we are incredibly proud of the girls and all that they have achieved do far this year.
