Special visitor for Reception

Local police office PC Carroll visits OCPPA

Reception children had a special visitor from our local police officer PC Carroll. They had an opportunity to get up close to her police car, investigate some of its features, including hearing the siren. The highlight of the morning was when they had the opportunity to try on various jackets and helmets that PC Carroll wears daily. To develop their learning, PC Carroll spoke about her special role before the children received stickers and pencils to promote the event. We are proud of how all the children listen intently and enjoyed learning about her job.
